About CEO

Angela began her senior caregiving career in 2000 when her Granny went out of town and was rushed to the hospital. She provided long-distance caregiving duties. Then in 2005, Angela's mother became ill and she had to take on the caregiving duties for her beloved mother. Shortly after losing her mother, her Granny became ill again, but at home, and she became her Granny's main caregiver. In 2014, Angela began taking care of her uncle, and in 2019, she started taking care of her father. Angela ensured that her mother, father, granny, and uncle, who are her angels, aged with dignity until they were called to HEAVEN.

Angela has over 25 years of customer service and managerial experience. Angela is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) who passed a rigorous exam, a background check, continuing education and to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of older adults. She uses her caregiving skills and customer service skills to help seniors put their life's portfolio and plan in place.

Angela is a self-published author of her first book called Caregiver's Guide to Helping Seniors Eat Healthy. In her book, she shares her caregiving experiences to help caregivers assist their Senior Loved One (SLO) eat healthy. Angela is also the founder and CEO of the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, AngelaCARES, Inc., headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, with a motto A Passion to Care. The Ability to Help.”

Working with people has become one of her primary interests, along with caring for others. Her passion and drive to help others and her community truly reflects in her actions. Angela believes helping, mentoring, empowering, and supporting others are key factors in making a positive impact in peoples’ lives. She is a friendly, dedicated, and compassionate person. She reveals these great traits through her actions.
